I. Product introduction
The series of oil soluble demulsifiers is a new type which developed by our company. Through selection experiments on crude oil from multiple oilfields, we found that compared with other types of demulsifiers, they have the characteristics of fast dehydration speed and high dehydration efficiency in static dehydration of crude oil, especially suitable for high-speed electric desalination.
II. Dosage description
This series of demulsifier is added at 10-30ppm for different types of crude oil in different areas; the water injection is 6%.
III. Caution
1. Demulsifier should be used alone and not mixed with other demulsifier without selection.
2. Compounded emulsion breakers have higher molecular weight and high viscosity, so attention should be paid to stirring after adding to the device, and only after uniformity can be used.
Packaging, storage and transportation
1. The product is packed in 200L iron drums, with a net weight of 200Kg per drum.
2. The product should be protected from sunlight, fire, moisture and collision in storage and transportation, and stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse.
3. The shelf life of this product is two years at room temperature.
