Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a highly effective water-based adhesive. The typical forms of PVA products include flakes, granules, or flocculent materials. It generally has poor solubility in cold water and requires heating to dissolve effectively.

To enhance its cold water dissolving performance, PVA can be finely pulverized and subjected to surface treatment. However, due to its thermoplastic nature, the pulverization process is particularly challenging. Our factory employs a specialized liquid nitrogen low-temperature cooling process to ensure uniformity of the crushed material's powder. This innovative approach guarantees that the material exhibits excellent water solubility.
