Monobasic calcium phosphate is primarily used in fertilizers. It also is used in baking powders; as a mineral supplement in food; as a buffer for pH control; and as a stabilizer for plastics.

Production Usage

Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, modifier, solidification agent, nutritional supplement, chelate agent and so on. Fermentation agent, buffering agent and curing agent (gelation) for bread and biscuit, modifier for yeast food and meat. To improve saccharification and fermentation in brewing.
