Neopentyl glycol, NPG is a colorless and odorless white flaky crystal or crystalline solid.
It is widely used for powder coatings, Unsaturated resins (UPR), Urethane resins and alkyd resins.
It is easily soluble in water, esters, ketones, etc but difficult to soluble in hexane and cyclohexane.
